Biography
Even as a toddler, Blake knew that he wanted to race cars. He enjoyed watching NASCAR on TV and could name many of the drivers by their car and number. At the age of 8 his parents indulged his dream and bought him his first race car, a 345-pound 11 horsepower Ultramax Go Kart. That was December of 1998. In June of 2001, Blake won his first race in the World Karting Association at Auburndale Speedway in Lakeland. His first state victory came February 1, 2002. In May of 2004, he recorded his first national victory in Beaver Run, Pa. In 2005, Blake swept the WKA Florida State championships, wining all three divisions (Junior Animal Champ, Junior Champ Light and Junior Champ Heavy.

Finished 5th in the state of Florida in the Sunbelt Series. Successful season with 1 win, 1 pole, 8 top 5's and 16 top 10's.
2006 Fascar - Sunbelt Super Late Model and Gulfcoast Open Wheel Modified:
He was Rookie of the Year in the Modified Series and recorded 3 wins. 5 top 5's and 12 top 10's. He finished 10th in the Clyde Hart Memorial 200 lap Super Late Model race in only his second time in a super late model.
